The outer nuts on the hub were tightened after the wheel was removed from the bicycle to reduce its dimensions for storage and transport. The overall width of just over 14 cm was measured after tightening. Before installation, loosen the outer nuts and slightly loosen the inner nuts so that the wheel can rotate freely on the axle, but do not loosen them so much that the wheel wobbles on the axis. Before attempting to straighten the wheel, use a suitable solvent to loosen the spoke nipples from the spokes and have spare spokes and nipples on hand, just in case.
The reflectors are partially broken. The rim has light rust on the outside. The rim bed is heavily rusted. The rim has a dent (from removing the tire with a screwdriver) and a buckle. At least two original spokes and their nipples have been replaced with newer ones. In principle, the buckle should be straightenable or partially straightenable, but I don't have the time for centering the wheel.
